And battle for some space-age future
I dream that I sleep by a hot spring
And turn into a wild animal
Turn into some ancient animal

While I adjust to reckless abandon
And walk through the earth's endless suburbs
Drinking ginseng and blue no. 1
An American kid
The people of the world erupt
into piles and pits and incensed fist fights
Waiting for their friends to come
And save them from their living nightmares
Everyone some vicious animal
All of us just chained-up animals
